You can now generate Packing Slips for your sample shipments to Mirimus.
Packing Slip will ensure proper identification of your samples to our lab at intake.
You MUST fill out, print, and include a Packing Slip with your sample shipment, or your samples and results will not be linked to your account causing a delay in processing and results turnaround time until your samples can be properly identified.
Packing Slip Instructions
- Sign into https://results.mirimus.com
- Go to Packing Slip on the left navigation bar.
- Enter sample and pool counts for your shipment.
- Select the ship date of your samples.
- Press the Save and Download button to download a PDF of this packing slip.
- Open and Print PDF packing slip and place it in your shipment pouch or box.
- If you have multiple pouches or boxes, you must provide a packing slip for each one.
